Rebel Lead Lab
What we believe. Who we Support. And why it matters.

Gloria J. Davis | Founder,
Rebel Lead Lab
I’m a mom, a runner, a systems-thinker, and a dog whisperer (or so my redbone coonhound believes). I grew up in Princeton, but my roots trace back to Guatemala — and I’ve always believed that clarity, compassion, and curiosity can build powerful bridges.
I earned my BA in Economics (and nearly a second in Sociology) from Rutgers, where I first became fascinated by how ideas and systems affect everyday lives. That early curiosity still drives me. Rebel Lead Lab is where I combine everything I’ve learned from big business, nonprofit work, and real life into something practical, ethical, and genuinely helpful.
Experience You Can Trust
With a background spanning sales leadership, digital marketing management, nonprofit communications, and operations, I bring a wide-angle view to every project.
Today, Rebel Lead Lab specializes in helping:
Local service businesses building their digital presence
New and growing nonprofits seeking visibility, trust, and momentum
Professionals ready for their marketing to catch up with their craft
Women-owned, Latino-owned, and immigrant-owned businesses looking to expand their reach
Whether you’re starting from scratch or refining your presence, we’re here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Why the Name Rebel Lead Lab?
Rebel - because going with the flow isn’t the only way forward. Starting a business is already a bold move, and I believe marketing should be accessible to anyone working hard to create change - especially those who’ve had to carve their own path.
Lead - because my job is to help small businesses grow, earn trust, and attract the right leads - all while leading with strategy, clarity, and heart.
Lab - because growth takes experimentation. There’s no one-size-fits-all formula. We stay curious, test what works, and build smart systems that evolve with you.
